ACCOUNT INFORMATION

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To sign up  for customer Medielf Marketplace account, visit My Account > New Customers, Create an Account. If you would like to apply for a vendor account please click Vendors > Create An Account. And we will review your application.

I CANNOT SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT
Try signing in with your username and then your email. If you think you have forgotten your password, simply request to change this by following the steps on the 'sign in' screen. If you are still experiencing problems, please attempt logging in using a different browser - we recommend Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If this doesn't help, please email us at contact@medielf.com with your username/email address and we'll look into the problem for you.

How do I apply for a vendor account?
Please click Vendors > Create An Account. The application will be reviewed and you may be contacted for further question. You will be informed of the results as soon as possible. For more information on vendor accounts, visit our FAQs .

How long will it take for my vendor application to be approved?
Before we approve your application, we will make sure that the information you have provided is in accordance with our guidelines. If you are suitable, we will approve your application. This process usually takes up to 48 hours after submitting your application but during weekends, public holidays and exceptionally busy periods, this may take up to a week. If you are keen to get your vendor account up and running ASAP, you can contact us on contact@medielf.com and we will do our best to look over your application as quickly as we can.

I've forgotten my password – what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password visit Sign In > Forgot Your Password?. You will then be asked to enter in the email address your Medielf Marketplace account is registered to and will be sent instructions on how to reset your password.

What is My Account Dashboard?
You can access your Dashboard in My Account. Here you can view information about any past or ongoing sales, any messages, and all your account details.

How do I change my account details?
To change your account information, you'll need to sign in, then go to My Account. From this page, you can manage your:
   1  Personal details: name, email address, username and password.
   2  Addresses: your invoicing address, and delivery address(es).
   3  Link Accounts: add URL to your Facebook account, add your URL to Twitter username, or link to your website or blog.
   4  Payment details - for sellers: Your PayPal account email and the permissions set up for your accounts.
   5  Your addresses: Delivery addresses.

What is my Shopping Cart?
When you want to purchase an item you click on Add To Cart in a products page. This item will then be added to your Shopping Cart. View My Shopping Cart > Buy This Item when you are ready to pay for your item. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. Items in My Shopping Cart are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if it's something you really want. Items that are no longer available will automatically be removed from My Shopping Cart.

How do I close my account?
Please email us at contact@medielf.com with your username and the subject header 'please close my account', and we'll action this for you. For security, we can only close accounts where the sender's email matches that registered to Marketplace.

MEDIELF MARKETPLACE IS A VENUE

Medielf Marketplace acts as a venue to allow users, who comply with our ‘user agreement’. Medielf Marketplace's policies to offer, sell and buy certain fashion goods within a fixed-price format. Medielf Marketplace is not directly involved in the transactions between buyers and sellers. As a result, Medielf Marketplace has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items, products or service products listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. Medielf Marketplace does not pre-screen content or information provided by users. Medielf Marketplace cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Consequently, Medielf Marketplace cannot and does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.

Medielf Marketplace cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a user and encourages you to communicate directly with potential transaction partners through the tools available on the Site and asks that you do not arrange to meet users from the Site in person.

You agree that Medielf Marketplace is a venue and as such is not responsible or liable for any content, for example, data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or outside parties on Medielf Marketplace. You use the Medielf Marketplace service at your own risk.
